South Africa and Newzeland are crazy about rugby because they are most dominationg teams. Same wuth Usa and Basketball and same with european countries and soccer. India has poppulation of 1.1 billion and still cant produce a bowler whi bowls at 100 mph. I am not against cricket, I have played in Ranji. All I am trying to say is that It should not be the only sport our kids should focus on.

We have more than 100 crores of population we can''t produce single or more gold medalists in every olympics. Why Cricket is getting so much attention. We have good resource and don''t have proper organized program to produce olympians.
